We are excited to welcome Chef Miguel Azevedo Peres of Pigmeu, Lisbon’s celebrated nose-to-tail restaurant that recently was awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin.
For £80 per person, indulge in a five-course tasting menu that champions the philosophy of whole-animal cooking, ensuring that nothing goes to waste while elevating lesser-known cuts into exceptional dishes. At Pigmeu, pork is more than an ingredient, it’s a story of tradition, terroir, and ethical sourcing. Inspired by his roots in Bairrada, a region famed for its suckling pig, Miguel takes an inventive yet deeply authentic approach to Portuguese cuisine.

For an additional £50, this menu will be perfectly paired with five Portuguese wines thoughtfully selected by Bar Douro founder Max Graham, supplied by specialist Portuguese importer and Decanter’s Best Portuguese retailer of the year, Festa Wine. Bar Douro’s award-winning cellar list and drinks menu will also be available.
