Chef Nuno Castro has sparked a revolution in vegetarian cuisine in Portugal. With a well-executed, plant-based approach rooted in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and a near-zero waste philosophy, his restaurant, Fava Tonka, has quickly become one of Portugal’s most exciting culinary destinations. As the executive chef and visionary behind Fava Tonka, Nuno Castro brings a unique blend of innovation and sustainability to the table. Fava Tonka reflects his dedication to respecting nature’s cycles and creating dishes that are both artful and environmentally conscious.

This dinner will be hosted in the evening at Bar Douro City, featuring a carefully curated five-course menu for £80.
