As the executive chef and visionary behind Fava Tonka, Nuno Castro brings a unique blend of innovation and sustainability to the table. Fava Tonka reflects his dedication to respecting nature’s cycles and creating dishes that are both artful and environmentally conscious.

Dinners will be hosted in the evening at Bar Douro London Bridge, featuring a carefully curated five-course menu for £80.
