We are delighted to announce the return of our Guest Chef Series. The series returns with a dinner hosted by Feitoria's André Cruz, featuring a five-course tasting menu at £80 per person. Chef André Cruz of Michelin-starred Feitoria Restaurant & Wine Bar blends tradition and innovation to redefine Portuguese fine dining. Inspired by nature, sustainability, and local producers, his menu celebrates seasonal ingredients, from his Pinhal Novo garden to sustainable seafood. Known for creative dishes like fish cured in beeswax, Chef Cruz’s work reflects his Beira roots and South American culinary adventures. A passionate beekeeper and advocate for sustainability, he was named Chef Revelation 2022 by Mesa Marcada. Under his leadership, Feitoria continues to shine on the global stage, earning accolades from La Liste and 50 Best Discovery.

For an additional £50, this menu will be perfectly paired with five Portuguese wines thoughtfully selected by Bar Douro founder Max Graham, supplied by specialist Portuguese importer and Decanter’s Best Portuguese retailer of the year, Festa Wine. Bar Douro’s award-winning cellar list and drinks menu will also be available.
